I am Angelos Panagopoulos. I was born in Peristeri, Athens, in 1984, and learned the basics of cooking over fire in a neighbourhood grill house there. I went on to work in grill houses in Kalamata, and then came to Corfu. After several years working on the island, my wife’s family and I opened our own traditional grill house here and ran it for ten years. Today I work in private grilling: children’s parties, openings, events of all kinds, and private barbecue at villas.
